Returns & Exchanges

At University Co-op, we want you to love your Longhorn gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
